The drinking man’s diet

The Drinking Man’s Diet first appeared in 1964. It was created by Robert Cameron, who priced it at mere $1. Within two years, it had sold in excess of 2.5 million copies. Today it’s considered a classic and a forerunner to the ‘low carb’ diet trends of recent times. It was also known to be a favourite of legendary singer Dean Martin.

This little book doesn’t promote the act of drinking, but merely introduces a new approach to staying thin, whilst enjoying your favourite cocktails.
